This single clone Wädenswil Pinot Noir is sourced from a small valley floor vineyard in the northern part of the Los Carneros AVA in Sonoma County, California. The grapes are sustainably grown, and the wine was made naturally with minimal intervention using traditional Burgundian methods. Aged for eighteen months in neutral French oak barrels allowing the natural characteristics of the fruit and terroir to express themselves. Only one hundred-ten cases of this wine were produced, we hope you enjoy it.

Tasting Notes: A delicate and elegant Pinot noir with incredible aromas of black cherry, dark strawberry, and earthy flora. Followed up by a nice backbone of acidity and flavors of red cherry, spice and dried herbs. An excellent example of elegant Pinot noir made using natural minimal intervention wine making techniques.
