2018 Estines Vineyard Rosé of Pinot Noir

Estines vineyard is a beautiful four-acre vineyard located off Olivet road in the center of the Russian River Valley. It produces world-class organic Pinot noir grapes from Dijon clone 667 and 777 vines. Our Rosé of Pinot Noir is created from the Pinot noir juice collected during the crushing and destemming process blended with a small amount of saignée from the active fermentation. It is aged in stainless steel to preserve the subtle aromatics of the wine before bottling. This production method produces an incredible Rosé but in very limited quantity. Only forty cases of this wine were produced, we hope you enjoy it.

Tasting Notes: Beautiful salmon hue with incredible aromas of strawberry, raspberry and citrus. Behind the aromatics lies bright acidity and a complex palate of strawberry marmalade, citrus peel, and balanced minerality. A perfect wine to serve chilled at a summer picnic.
