Estines vineyard is a beautiful four-acre vineyard located off Olivet Road in the center of the Russian River Valley. The vineyard produces world-class organic Pinot noir grapes from both Dijon clone 667 and 777 vines. We make the wine naturally, cold soaking the grapes and then fermenting them in small open-top fermenters. After a long slow fermentation, we gently press the wine off into new and neutral French oak barrels where it matures for eleven months until bottling. Only one hundred and seventy-five cases of this wine were produced, we hope you enjoy it.

Moderately light garnet color in the glass. Nicely perfumed with scents of grilling spice, red cherry, red raspberry and friendly oak. Gentle in the mouth in a light to mid weight style offering flavors of red cherry and berry, blueberry and spice. The silky mouthfeel satisfies as does the extended, raspberry-infused finish.
