This Cabernet Sauvignon comes from a vineyard high in the Mayacamas mountains of Sonoma County. The view is extraordinary; the grapes, even better. The small intense berries produce a full-bodied wine with excellent fine tannin structure. Aged eighteen months in new and neutral French oak barrels to add body and soften tannins. This wine will age beautifully and continue to get better with time. Only fifty-two cases of this wine were produced, we hope you enjoy it.

Tasting Notes: Superbly balanced Cabernet Sauvignon which drinks well now but has some aging potential. Classic stewed fruit characteristics on the nose, accentuated by subtle hints of vanilla and cherry. Mouthfeel is excellent with supple young tannins balanced well with acidity. Finish is smooth and leaves you wanting more.
