Estines vineyard is a beautiful four-acre vineyard located off Olivet Road in the center of the Russian River Valley. The vineyard produces world-class organic Pinot noir grapes from both Dijon clone 667 and 777 vines. We make the wine naturally, cold soaking the grapes and then fermenting them in small open-top fermenters. After a long slow fermentation, we gently press the wine off into new and neutral French oak barrels where it matures for eleven months until bottling. Only one hundred and seventy-five cases of this wine were produced, we hope you enjoy it.

Aromas of black cherry, black raspberry and earth lead off. A pleasing wave of purple and black fruits on the palate lasts and lasts. The mouthfeel is soft and tannins blend harmoniously together with the slight hint of vanilla from french oak barrel aging.
